By booking a ride with Marlboro Taxi or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation by email, text or phone. Please provide accurate pickup details, passenger count, luggage and flight information. Fares quoted are based on the information you provide.
Fares and payment
Your fare is confirmed at booking. Tolls, parking, extra stops, additional wait time, and route changes you request may be added. Gratuity is at your discretion unless stated in your quote. Payment is due at booking or at the end of the ride as stated in your confirmation.
Wait time
We include a grace period for pickups (longer for airport arrivals with flight tracking). Waiting beyond the grace period may be charged as described in your quote.
Passenger conduct
For everyone’s safety, passengers must wear seat belts and follow the driver’s reasonable instructions. Smoking, illegal substances and open alcohol containers are not permitted. Damage or excessive cleaning required may be charged. Drivers may refuse or end a ride if safety is at risk.
Children
Child safety seats must be requested at booking so we can arrange the right vehicle and equipment, as required by New Jersey law.
Delays and liability
We always plan for on-time arrival but are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events beyond our control. Please allow extra time for flights. Lost items are held for a limited time; contact us as soon as possible.
