Plans change — we understand. Here is how cancellations and changes work at Marlboro Taxi.
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup (24 hours for SUVs, vans and event bookings).
- Late cancellation: cancellations made after that time may be charged up to the full fare.
- No-show: if you are not at the pickup location and cannot be reached after the wait period, the full fare may be charged.
- Changes to time or address are free when made before the cancellation window, subject to availability.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
